Dr. O'Neal is a member of the American, Mississippi, and Washington County Bar Associations. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Delta State University and her medical degree from University of Mississippi. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She practiced general pediatrics in Greenville, Mississippi for over seven years. She received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi, where she was a recipient of the James O. Eastland Scholarship, and a member of the Mississippi Law Journal and Moot Court Board.
