Mr.
Tindall is a member of the American, Mississippi
and Washington County Bar Associations, the Mississippi
Defense Lawyers Association (past Vice President) and the
Defense Research Institute. He received his undergraduate
degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree in
1974 from the University of Mississippi where he was a member
of Delta Theta Phi. Mr. Tindall maintains an active real
estate practice and defense litigation practice, primarily
centered on products liability defense, chemical exposure
defense (personal and real property), general negligence
claims and workers' compensation defense. Mr. Tindall is
managing partner of the firm.
