Mr.
Walker is a member of the American, Mississippi and
Washington County Bar Associations. He obtained his undergraduate
degree from Mississippi State University and his law degree
from the University of Mississippi. While at the University
of Mississippi, he served as President of the Law School Student
Body, Vice President of Phi Delta Phi and Index and Review
Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. Mr. Walker is admitted
to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi,
the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of
Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Court of Appeals
for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
